Stopped in to change my last name on my accounts and there is only personal banker on the floor. Another banker came and asked us what we needed. When we told her that we just needed to change our last name on our accounts she said we can wait for the current banker to finish. She said that she wasn't logged in today. She is just walking around while we are still waiting for the other banker to finish with a customer.
