Heed this warning...they are NOT NICE PEOPLE.

We dealt with the Mt. Arlington, NJ office and had the worst experience of our lives. One of the owners, Ralph, yelled at my disabled wife over the phone. They fraudulently changed the terms of our contract (the listing agent, Lynn Martini confirmed to my wife and me that we had a six month contract--they pulled a "fast one" and made it for one year). When we requested an unconditional release we told him that if it was not granted then we would take the house off the market and wait the 50 some days until the contract was over. That's when we learned of their deception. We are currently taking this matter to the NJ and National Association of Realtors.
