Excellently appointed rooms. Convenient location. Quiet. Concierge was most helpful and amicable. Stayed here while major renovation was being done at my home. Fanstatic when I had to meet up for business! Highly recommended!
Nice and clean hotel. Had a bar which is nice and convenient. My room had no thermostat and had the old AC/heat unit which makes it hard to stabilize the temperature. I know Marriott replaced those with thermostat systems in other hotels though. If this hotel gets that then I would give 5 stars, but 4 for now because of that flaw.
We booked a hotel room block with the Courtyard Marriott. Melissa was our point of contact and she was helpful in explaining the different packages. We decided to go with the highest package - if we booked 20 rooms we got a complimentary school bus for transportation and breakfast vouchers for our guests. This was a great deal for us so this is the option we selected. Melissa was great with keeping me up to date with how many rooms we had booked. There was also a slight mishap the week before the wedding where I accidentally canceled 2 rooms for my family for the night of my wedding. Melissa was great in getting these rooms back for me and making sure all of my hotel reservations were still in place. The rooms were spacious and clean. We even got champagne for the night of our wedding! Lastly, the breakfast was good. Perfect after a night of drinking and dancing.
My friend got married last weekend and this was the hotel that all of her guests were asked to stay in/ had discounts in. The front desk gentleman with the pink lens glasses and pony was very kind, informative and quick. The bartender was also great last weekend and at the end of the night, had to put up with a lot of nonsense from those that were a little too intoxicated from before coming back to the hotel. He stayed professional and understanding the entire time. The rooms were decent and had tons of space. Overall good place.
Stayed here for a wedding. Extremely easy to get to from Route 80. Great customer service. Room was quite spacious and very clean. They had goodie bags waiting for the wedding guests during check-in, which was great. They also provide shuttle service to and from the venue (which was about 35 minutes away). Also, they had windows that you could open, which was awesome. My only suggestion is to put screens in the windows.
I'd definitely stay here again.
